Customer Leak Audit

I walk the path a customer takes to book with you, on a phone, from the first search to a call after hours. Every place a customer can drop out is ranked by how close it sits to the payment and given a monthly dollar cost from your own numbers. You get a fix plan and a 30-minute call to go through it.

Built for owner-operators doing under about $1M a year in bookings. It is one of four ways to start, beside a website build or rebuild, a video or ad job, and a scoped fix or small tool. If you already know what needs doing, start there: the audit is never required first.

The six-step walk

  1. Search

What a customer sees when they search for what you sell, in your town.

  2. Google profile

Review count, rating, the date of the last review and whether reviews get a reply.

  3. Website

How fast it becomes usable on a phone, and whether price, dates and the next step are easy to find.

  4. Booking links

Every booking link clicked through to a working checkout, with prices checked.

  5. Test inquiry

One inquiry sent through your form or messages, timed until the first reply.

  6. Calls

One call at a normal hour and one after hours: answered, called back, or lost.

What you get

  • Every leak found on the walk, ranked by how close it sits to the payment, nearest first.
  • A monthly dollar cost for each leak, worked out from your own numbers. Each input is marked as measured, your estimate or an assumption.
  • A fix plan in order: what to fix first and what it involves.
  • A written report within 5 business days, then a 30-minute walkthrough call.

The dollar figures show what is at risk, not what a fix will recover. Fixing the leaks is separate work, quoted from the plan.

What I need from you

  • Bookings last month and last season, and what one booking is worth on average
  • How many inquiries arrive a week (calls, forms, messages) and who answers them
  • Where customers come from today: search, booking sites, referrals, ads
  • A time window you approve for the test inquiry and the two calls

If you do not know some of these numbers, that goes in the report as a finding.

Refund terms

  • If you tell me in writing (email or text) within 14 days after the walkthrough call that the audit was not worth it, I refund the full $750 to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • One audit refund per business. A refund cancels the credit, and once any of the $750 has been credited to a service, no refund is due.
  • If the walkthrough has not been booked or held 14 days after the report reaches you, the 14 days start on that day. If I delay the walkthrough, they start on the day it is held.
